The useful details

What should I include in a workshop request?

The workshop name, number of participants, preferred dates, and any experience you already have. If you are booking for a private group, include the occasion and the size of the group.

Can I buy online?

There is no checkout on this site. Email us about the piece you want. We will confirm availability, the exact total, and pickup or shipping arrangements in writing before any payment.

Can I collect workshop pieces later?

Yes. We will email when they are ready and arrange collection. Two weeks is typical, but drying and kiln schedules can add time.

Do you take every custom request?

No. The form, quantity, glaze, and kiln schedule all have to make sense. If we cannot do the work well or within your timing, we will say so rather than promise anyway.

How do I ask about privacy or these terms?

Email hello@kilnclaystudio.com with “Privacy” or “Terms” in the subject line. You can also read our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
